Well... I booked our tickets through disneyonice.com and had a really good experience. The prices were clear from the start, and there weren’t any weird surprise fees popping up at the end, which I definitely appreciated. We didn’t go for the most expensive seats, but our view was still really good, and the kids were happy the entire time. That alone made it feel worth it. The food and extras at the venue were pricey, but the tickets themselves felt fair. I’d definitely book again.

My kids liked it overall, which is really what I was hoping for since we were trying to keep them entertained for a bit after lunch. They were excited and had a good time, but not many characters showed up, so it felt a little less special than we expected. Still, they didn’t complain much, so I guess that counts as a win

We went to Disney on Ice last weekend, and to me, the skating was easily the best part. The characters were a big hit with my kids, of course, but I found myself watching the skaters more than anything else. The spins and lifts looked so smooth, and even from our seats, you could tell how much effort and practice went into everything. I noticed a couple of tiny slips here and there, but that just made it feel more real to me. Overall, it was such a fun night and way more impressive than I expected

The kids really enjoyed the show, so that part was definitely a win. Our seats weren’t great though, the view kept getting blocked by people walking by and there was a railing in the way, so we missed some of what was happening on the ice. When I asked about it, I felt a little talked down to, which didn’t help. We could still see most of the show and I’d probably go again, but next time I’d be way more careful about picking better seats

Entry was really smooth for us. I had the tickets on my phone and they scanned them super quick, then the staff pointed us exactly where to go. my only complaint is that I wish every event was this easy, because usually it’s wait here, wait there, nobody knows what’s going on. No long lines, no confusion, no standing around forever, no guessing where to go. Even with the kids all excited and kind of running around, it was still stress free. Really nice way to start the show

I’m usually cautious about productions where lighting or staging can feel distracting or even a little unsafe, but this was handled really well. The costumes looked great, and the lighting felt polished without being overwhelming. Overall, it made the whole experience feel solid and well put together.

I might be a little biased because anything that keeps my kids happy and entertained is an automatic win for me, but they loved every minute of it. They were smiling the whole time, and that made the experience totally worth it.

I went with my kids, i was expecting the whole thing to feel a lot more chaotic because it was busy when we got there. But the lines actually moved along better than I thought they would, which was a nice surprise. The staff seemed to be doing a good job keeping everyone pointed toward the right doors, and they were helpful about directing people so it didn’t feel too confusing. After the show, I also expected the exits to be a mess, but getting out wasn’t as bad as I had pictured in my head. The only part that really dragged was trying to get snacks, because that line moved slowly. Other than that, it was a smooth experience overall, especially considering I had the kids with me

Getting around wasn’t a problem, and the wheelchair spots were actually clear, which somehow made everything feel less crowded even though I guess that’s not exactly the same thing. Took my kids to Disney On Ice and we had a really good time. The music was the best part for us, lots of the big songs everyone recognizes, and at a few points you could hear half the arena singing along, which was cute. I also appreciated that it wasn’t just Frozen from start to finish. They mixed in older Disney with the newer movies, which kept it more fun for the adults too. Tiny thing, but I noticed even the transitions between songs were really smooth, and the little lighting changes matched the music better than I expected. I’m giving it 4 stars only because a couple of our family favorites didn’t make it in, and my kids definitely noticed. Still, it was a fun outing and I’d go again.

Really amazing skating. Costumes looked awesome too. Bright, fun, super cool to watch. My kids were into it the whole time. No boredom. Just smiles.
